RECIPE: Adobong Labong

I miss Labong (Bamboo Shoots) so this is my dinner tonight and send the other half to my mama and papa who lives 10 minutes away from our house.  Sliced Labong is usually available in wet markets, I got the Labong in this recipe at Guadalupe market.  Labong is abundant during rainy seasons.
