RECIPE: Tsokolate Eh!

Deliciously served with my CHURROS Recipe

Before putting on the heat, let the tablea sit in the pot of water for about 30 minutes. It softens the chocolate, making it easy to dissolve when cooking.

my Churros con Tsokolate
ingredients 
 8 Small tablea or 3-4 medium size unsweetened
 1 cup Water 
Side serving of sugar 
milk or condensada 

COOKING PROCEDURE:

  • Before putting on the heat, let the tablea sit in the pot of water for about 30 minutes. It softens the chocolate, making it easy to dissolve when cooking. 
  • Over very low heat, melt the tablea in water. When it softens, mash with spoon and mix.
  • Increase the heat to medium until it boils. Turn off to prevent chocolate from scorching. Beat vigorously with a wire whisk until frothy and put in 4 demitasse cups. Serve with sugar and milk or condensed milk on the side.
