Visiting my Aunts at San Jose California

Last Saturday, October 6, I visited my aunts in San Jose California with my hubby, brother, uncle Willy and Aunt Lilia. They took care of me when I was a baby together with uncle willy and auntie Lydia.  I had a lovely time even if was just an overnight stay.

We dropped by their place on our way to Portland Oregon.  

Besides, my aunt just renovated her house so we wanted to see her new house. 


It took about six hours to arrive in my aunt’s house by van.

 After arriving there,  we were amazed by my aunt’s new house because it is look luxurious and nice.

LUNAR ORBIT dessert at Space Needle

We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at SkyCity Restaurant at the Space Needle at Seattle, Washington today. We ordered and shared the legendary Lunar Orbiter. This is as entertaining to watch as enjoyable to eat.

It's really a Miracle

Today is the day that I feel so motivated. I was still overwhelmed seeing my layout at Big Picture Classes Blog.  "ME" at one of the biggest online scrapbooking classes, it's really a Miracle. Wheeeeeww! I just can't believe it ;-).

So when I saw this from the wall of Tim Holtz. I can't help but post it today.

a biking experience in ITALY

I began biking  at 9 years of age. It was my yaya Pacing who taught me how to ride a bike.  

Never thought I would cruise along the shores of beautiful Lago Maggiore. 

There are a couple of mild hills along the route, but overall it’s flat and easy.

my hubby was scared for me.  He thought that i cannot bike in the streets. 

Our Trafalgar tour starts at Baveno.  We stayed at Hotel Simplon. 

Baveno is a town in northern Italy and is located on the west shore of Lago Maggiore.



What’s my favorite spot on our route?  Riding through the part of Park and the Lake.  Baveno is also recognised as being a famous health- thermal resort.

Everyone remembers the joy of riding a bike and when it’s free its irresistible.  Our free bike is c/o Hotel Simplon the hotel where we are staying.

Lago Maggiore is one of the best places to enjoy a bike ride.   the wind is running through my hair and the air is soaring through my lungs while i pedal and pedal and pedal.

i just wished i was more fit so i wouldn't have a hard time climbing uphill ;-)

The flight from Manila to California lasts nearly thirteen hours
via direct flight of philippine airlines. thanks to my friendship ivy lisa f. mendoza for giving me a book. i will truly enjoy my long flight.
