RECIPE: Pesto Sauce

When it comes to making pesto, you can invest in a good processor if you like, but you can also make it using a pestle and mortar.  My hubby love the spinaci zola at CIBO so i decided to make one for our appetizer yesterday.  This recipe is a great change from red sauce.
